Chirapathi The Label — Order, Dispatch & Shipping Policy
At Chirapathi The Label, every order is prepared with care and attention to the details selected by you. Most of our products are made to order and customised, rather than being ready-made garments. Therefore, our processing and dispatch timelines differ from standard ready-to-ship websites.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Production Timeline
- All orders are processed only after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Our standard dispatch timeline is up to 30 WORKING DAYS from the date of order confirmation.
- Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays and other non-working days.
- 30 working days refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch the order. It is NOT the delivery timeline.
- Since our products are made to order, production may involve fabric sourcing, weaving, embroidery, tailoring, customisation and finishing. These processes require time and cannot be compared with ready-made garment processing.
- Customers are requested to place orders only after considering the complete processing and dispatch timeline mentioned above.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Once the order is completed, it will be dispatched through our designated logistics partner.
- After dispatch, domestic delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the destination and logistics network.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or other logistical delays.
- The delivery period starts only after dispatch, and not from the date on which the order is placed.
- Chirapathi is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics partner after the parcel has been handed over for shipment.
Important:
Order Date → Production / Customisation → Dispatch → Courier Transit → Delivery
The 30 working day timeline applies to production and dispatch. The 5–7 working day estimate applies after dispatch.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, the shipment/tracking details will be shared through the logistics partner’s designated communication method.
- Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.
- Tracking updates are controlled by the logistics partner and may not update immediately.
- We can provide further updates when information is received from the logistics partner.
- Customers are requested to allow reasonable time for tracking updates rather than expecting an immediate status update after dispatch.
4. Delivery Delays & Logistics Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the logistics partner, the parcel is under their delivery network. Delays may occur due to:
- Courier/network delays
- Hub or transit delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Customer being unavailable
- Incorrect or unreachable contact number
- Delivery area restrictions
- Weather or public holidays
- Operational issues at the logistics partner’s end
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We will assist with logistics-related queries wherever possible based on the updates available to us.
5. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact number while placing the order.
- Chirapathi The Label will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or return of a shipment caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address/contact details provided by the customer.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable contact number or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged / Lost Shipments
- All orders are carefully packed before dispatch.
- Once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics partner, any damage or loss occurring during transit is subject to the logistics partner’s claims and procedures.
- In case of a damaged parcel, customers should immediately notify us and provide the required photographs/videos of the package and product.
- Customers are requested to retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved, as it may be required for a logistics claim.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Chirapathi The Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
8. Cancellation, Return & Exchange
- Since our products are primarily made to order and customised, orders cannot be cancelled once production has been initiated.
- No refund, return or exchange is applicable after order confirmation, except where specifically approved by Chirapathi The Label under exceptional circumstances.
- Customers are requested to carefully review the product description, measurements, customisation details, fabric information and other specifications before placing the order.
- Any approved alteration or correction will be handled according to the specific circumstances and Chirapathi’s assessment.
9. Customised / Made-to-Order Products
Our customised products are individually prepared based on the specifications provided by the customer. Therefore:
- Customised garments may not have the exact finish or construction of mass-produced ready-made garments.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, embroidery or handmade details may occur due to the nature of handcrafted fabrics and processes.
- Measurements and customisation details provided by the customer must be checked carefully before confirmation.
- Once custom production has commenced, changes to the design, measurements or specifications may not be possible.
10. Communication & Order Enquiries
- All online order enquiries and updates are handled through WhatsApp/text communication.
- We do not encourage calls for online orders, as all order-related communication needs to remain documented in writing.
- Repeated or continuous calls may result in the chat being automatically muted, which can delay our response.
- Enquiries are responded to according to our business hours and workload. Customers are requested to allow reasonable time for a response.
- We do not provide instant updates during production. Updates will be shared when there is relevant information available.
